Locally owned and operated, our beautiful historic building, a former hotel, has been lovingly updated to not just meet, but exceed your retirement needs, while keeping the character and class of this unique historic building alive.  Situated next to the Waterford ponds and the historic Black Bridge, with easy access to the Waterford Heritage Trail, you will fall in love with the natural landscapes of the area.

Our mission is to create a welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests while also maintaining the highest levels of safety and care.
